What we collect

When you book online, call or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle year, make and model, the service and add-ons you choose, your appointment date and time, and any notes you add.

How we use it

We use your information only to schedule and carry out your detail, contact you about your appointment, send your booking confirmation, and answer your questions.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where it's stored

Bookings are saved to our Google Calendar and sent to our business email through Google (Gmail). Google stores this information under its own privacy policy. We don't store payment card details on this website; no payment is taken when you book online.

Google account access

This website connects to our own Google account only, to check when we're available, add bookings to our calendar and send booking emails. It never asks for or accesses your Google account.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when someone visits our site, views a service, or completes a booking, along with the booking's estimated value, so we can see which of our ads work and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies and information about your device for this. We don't send Meta your name, phone number, email or address.

You can control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or limit it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email book@visionsdetailing.com or call or text (865) 839-4009.
